Getting through the winter with QiForte and LipoForte

Global warming has been put on standby. We are experiencing an early winter with significant freezing temperatures. How do we cope?

Birds staying for the winter are having difficulties finding food where there´s snow and ice, so it may be difficult for them to keep warm. Snow and persistent frost means that the birds are particularly in need of a nutritious and energy-dense supplement to the scanty food they can find. That means fat and seeds (and water).

But what about us humans?

Yes, we rarely lack calories, even if it's cold outside. We usually also get sufficient fat except perhaps the essential omega-3 fatty acids, which we mainly get from fish and which needs be in reasonable proportion to the relatively large amount of omega 6 and other types of fat in our diet.

  2. Drink water every day
  3. Exercise
